Whatever the issue – we’ll work with you to make it right.  We vigorously inspect all of our products prior to distribution, and do not sell anything without 100% confidence in both the quality and construction of the item.

You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to return an order, and all merchandise must be completely unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.  

In order to be eligible for return, Duppy Flies must not have been fished or otherwise used, and must be in their original packaging.  In the case of multi-packs, Duppy Flies must be returned in their complete original quantity.

Duppy Fly Co products purchased through our retail partners should be returned to the store from which they were purchased.
